Is the walk-in open to anyone?
Yes! You do not have to be a patient of the clinic to attend walk-in.
Are you accepting more patients at this time?
We have now closed our waitlist as the need has exceeded our current capacity. We will continue to take patients from our current waitlist. We plan to open our clinic to the public again once we are able to recruit new doctors to work at the clinic!
Do I need a doctor’s referral to attend physiotherapy?
No, you do not need a referral to attend physiotherapy although some private insurance companies require that you have one to submit an insurance claim.
Can I email if I have a question?
At this time, email is not an encouraged way to correspond due to privacy constraints placed on health professionals. We are working on ways to communicate via email for appointments in the future. Please stay tuned for further updates.
