Group Athlete Training

Athlete training at MCHW is coordinated by Trevor Adamus.  He is a physiotherapist with 15+ years of experience working with sport as a physiotherapist.  With his special interested in movement patterns (biomechanics), athletes will be taught how to move, including proper lifting technique.  Athletes will perform a variety of exercises to maximize their performance by increasing their speed, power, strength, agility and flexibility.  For more information of athlete training please contact Trevor via email at trevor@mchw.
